Kin Photo Club walk on Boulevard Tshatshi

We finally took a risk and went on a walk with our cameras in Kinshasa on Sunday November 3rd 2024! It was exciting and scary at the same time!

The DRC urban (and rural) setting is extremely hard to photograph without being bothered. Luckily, by being respectful and extremely careful around the authorities we were able to take some photos. Tourism in the DRC can be hard if you enjoy taking photos. There is a lot of skepticism against foreigners or locals taking photos on public spaces.

Nous avons finalement pris un risque et sommes partis nous promener avec nos appareils photo à Kinshasa ! C’était excitant et effrayant à la même fois !

Le milieu urbain (et rural) de la RDC est extrêmement difficile à photographier sans être dérangé. Heureusement, en étant respectueux et extrêmement prudents envers les autorités, nous avons pu prendre quelques photos. Le tourisme en RDC peut être difficile si vous aimez prendre des photos. Il existe beaucoup de scepticisme à l’égard des étrangers ou des locaux qui prennent des photos dans les espaces publics.
